Return/Refund Policy
Eckhart Elite K9 Training uses third-party shipping companies (FedEx, USPS, etc.)
We are not responsible for missing or damaged products once we complete shipping on our end.
Customers have 14 days upon receiving their delivery to request a refund on any products purchased.
No exchanges will be given.
Customers must return any products unused and unworn in order to be eligible for a refund.
We are not responsible for shipping costs on any returns.
Once we receive the product we will process any refund if eligible.
The product(s) must be in the same condition as it was upon our shipping of the product(s).
If products are damaged upon receiving a return, no refunds will be given.
