Return/Refund Policy

  • Eckhart Elite K9 Training uses third-party shipping companies (FedEx, USPS, etc.)

  • We are not responsible for missing or damaged products once we complete shipping on our end.

  • Customers have 14 days upon receiving their delivery to request a refund on any products purchased.

  • No exchanges will be given.

  • Customers must return any products unused and unworn in order to be eligible for a refund.

  • We are not responsible for shipping costs on any returns.

  • Once we receive the product we will process any refund if eligible.

  • The product(s) must be in the same condition as it was upon our shipping of the product(s).

  • If products are damaged upon receiving a return, no refunds will be given.
