In-Person Training Payment Policy
If the initial balance is less than $1000 payment must be paid in full on or before the first scheduled lesson.
Initial balances of $1000 or more require a non-refundable deposit of $500 due on or before the first scheduled lesson. The remaining balance will be due on or before the midway point of any given training program (Ex: The entire balance must be paid by lesson 6 of a 12-lesson program)
If the entire balance is not paid by the midway point of the program, training will not continue.
Clients will be given the option to continue training once the entire balance is paid.
Board and Train Payment Policy
A non-refundable 30% deposit is required for all board and train programs upon scheduling a start date.
The remaining balance will be due on the day of the go-home lesson.
For example, a 2-week board and train program will require a $600 deposit upon scheduling the start date. The remaining $1400 will be due on the day of the go-home lesson.
If the entire balance is not paid on the day of the go-home lesson, training will not continue.
Clients will be given the option to continue training once the entire balance is paid.
Cancelation Policy
If a client chooses to cancel training at any point in time, no refunds will be given for services that have already been performed.
Clients are expected to pay for any and all services that have already been performed upon cancelation.
For example, if a client, for whatever reason, chooses to cancel a 3-week board and train program during week 2 of the program, the client shall pay for services performed during the 2 weeks prior to cancelation.
